Through the Moran Center’s advocacy, the third week in November was declared “Restorative Justice Week” in the City of Evanston by Mayor Biss at a City Council meeting.

Restorative Justice Week is celebrated globally during the third week of November, a tradition stemming from a Canadian tradition to recognize and support justice-involved individuals around  the holidays.
