Social Work Services Offered
Our Social Work team serves more than 100 youth and young adults each year. Services offered include, but are not limited to case management, individual therapy and therapeutic support, crisis intervention and advocacy. Each client is unique and receives individualized wraparound care that is customized for their specific needs.
See below for a description of services we commonly offer for our clients. Please note that this is not a comprehensive list of our services. During the intake process, individuals engage in a client-centered process where their needs are assessed and evaluated to create a comprehensive service plan which takes into account everything that contributes to their individual situation. This entire process is client-driven. As our clients evolve, our services evolve with them.
- Individual Therapy
We customize our therapy program to meet each client’s individual needs.
- Case Management
We partner with numerous Evanston organizations to provide wrap-around services to our clients to ensure they have access to healthcare, employment opportunities, after-school programs, housing assistance, etc.
- Crisis Intervention/Management
Whether at school, at home, or in the community, our social work team responds to our clients in crisis situations to help them arrive at the best possible outcome.
Together with our legal team, we advocate for clients at schools, in the community, and in the courts.
- Safe Spaces
We partner with other local agencies to provide safe community spaces for youth and young adults.
